Not for Profit clients come from many different backgrounds and are very different to commercial organisations in using their surplus revenues to achieve their goals and objectives.  Supporting these clients to ensure effective use of IT while keeping an eye on the budget is always a key consideration.

Our Technical Manager has developed an appreciation and understanding of the values and ethics having worked closely with a handful of Not for Profit organisations over the last 20 years.  This has enabled him to bring these experiences and evolve them into the way Red Shark Software looks after its Not for Profit customers.

Where most IT companies fall short is by treating Not for Profit organisations the same as Small Businesses.  Not every solution needs to be based on maximising efficiency through up to date technology.  Sometimes the simple solutions can be the most effective, cost and productivity wise.

We will work alongside your members and look to how IT could compliment your processes not complicate it.  Many organisations may be eligible for reduced software costs, sometime even getting them for only a minimal admin charge, no matter the size of the organisation.

We recently worked with a local organisation who have 2 computers in a small office.  They were concerned over the cost of putting Microsoft Office on both computers.  With our help it turned out they were eligible for donated software including the Office Suite for all computers and device.
